These aerial Photographs, taken by the German photographer Bernhard Lang during august 2014, are taken over the beaches in Italy. They show the huge patterns created when umbrellas in bright colors is put up everywere along these endless beaches.
Bernhard explained to My Modern Met:
'The message might be to show the impact
of human beings on the natural environment.'
'On the other side, the birds-eye view reveals
that we are just small creatures,
not as important as we think we are.'
